Our company delivered nickel-based alloy, 80A, also named Nimonic 80A, 2.4952, alloy 80A, UNS N07080 24mm bright bars on schedule, which will be used to produce train engine valves. After the first batch of 1,200 kg of materials was delivered, the second batch  size as 16.5mm will also be delivered on schedule 45 days later. This batch of materials is smelted in vacuum, electroslag, solution treatment, and delivered in a polished or polished surface. The 80A material produced by our company is not only used to produce valves, but also used to produce turbocharger fasteners like inconel 718 (also named 2.4668, UNS N07718) and A286(Iron base super alloy, equivalent 1.4980, SUH660, UNS S66286 ).
